Though the museum is not an archive, I think that my experience can be applied to an situation as well. I visited on a quiet day and a woman near the front door was tucked away working diligently in an office space. She quickly stopped what she was doing and came out to see me with a big smile and asked if it was my first time at the museum. I immediately felt welcomed and felt like I could ask questions.
